Terms of Use / Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 23rd August 2025

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of any products, services, and intellectual property provided by Fountaincove Sdn. Bhd., including but not limited to the G.U.I.D.E™ Practitioner’s Toolkit, training programs, consulting services, and associated digital materials.

By accessing or using any of our services or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

 

1. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content, including the G.U.I.D.E™ Framework (Grab, Understand, Influence, Deliver, Empower), templates, videos, documents, training materials, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Yong Wei Hong or the professional pen name Andrew WH and Fountaincove Sdn. Bhd.

Unless explicitly licensed in writing, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any material
  • Resell, sublicense, or publicly display the content
  • Use the material in client work or paid offerings unless approved via a Performance Partner License

Limited licenses may be granted upon written agreement. Contact andrewwh@fountaincove.co for licensing inquiries.

 

2. Digital Products (Toolkits, Downloads, Online Materials)

  • All digital downloads are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Once accessed or downloaded, you are deemed to have received the product.
  • Founding Cohort members may be offered special terms—any refund requests will be handled on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or educational purposes. You may not share the product publicly, upload it to forums, or use it in a commercial setting without explicit permission.

 

 3. Training Programs (Live or Recorded)

  • Training materials, recordings, and access links are for personal or internal team use only unless otherwise agreed.
  • You may not record, distribute, or reproduce any part of a live or virtual session without prior consent.
  • By registering, you agree to behave respectfully to other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal with no refund.

Optional feedback and testimonials shared may be used for marketing purposes, with your consent.

 

4. Consulting Services

  • Consulting engagements will follow a separate Statement of Work or Proposal outlining deliverables and timeline.
  • All consulting insights, tools, and strategies are licensed to the client for internal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
  • Payment terms and refund conditions will be stated in each agreement; typically, deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes. All content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data
  • Misapplication of the G.U.I.D.E™ framework or related tools

 

6. Refund Policy

Digital Products: No refunds once access is granted or download occurs. Please review the whitepaper or sample materials before purchasing.

Training Programs: Refunds may be issued only if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the start of the program and no material has been accessed.

Consulting: Custom terms apply as per agreement; deposits are typically non-refundable once the project commences.

7. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
